Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Spartan Health Partners LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) accepts returns and processes refunds for products and services purchased directly from us. This Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions.

Prescription Medications

  • Returns: Due to regulatory guidelines, we cannot accept returns of any prescription medications. If you have unused medications or have been authorized for a credit, please follow the FDA’s guidelines for medication disposal.
  • Refunds: All prescription medications are non-refundable.
  • Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Medications: If your medication shipment is damaged, lost, or not received, contact us within 48 hours at help@joinspartanhealth.com. Provide your order number, tracking number, and, if applicable, photo evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if approved, apply a credit to your original payment method for a replacement order.

Medical Devices

  • Returns: Medical devices provided by Spartan Health Partners LLC are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds: All medical devices are non-refundable.
  • Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Devices: If your device shipment is damaged, lost, or not received, contact us within 48 hours at help@joinspartanhealth.com. Provide your order number, tracking number, and, if applicable, photo evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if approved, apply a credit to your original payment method for a replacement order.

Supplements

  • Returns: We accept returns of unopened and undamaged supplements within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at help@joinspartanhealth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label. Ensure items are securely packed for return.
  • Refunds or Replacements: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Based on the reason for return, we will determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Supplements: If your supplement shipment is damaged, lost, or not received, contact us within 48 hours at help@joinspartanhealth.com. Provide your order number, tracking number, and, if applicable, photo evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if approved, apply a credit to your original payment method for a replacement order.

Late or Missing Refunds or Credits

If you haven’t received an approved refund or credit:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund or credit, please contact us at help@joinspartanhealth.com
